9th door.

Christmas bakery.

Happy 2nd advent everyone! I remember that last year I totally missed to bake some cookies for christmas, but this year is going to be different. My friend Yvonne came over and we decided to make some Hallongrottor (raspberry cave). I’m not sure if they are super christmassy but they are just sooo delicious ;)

Ingredients:

200g butter

1 dl sugar

1tsp vanilla sugar

1 tsp baking powder

4 1/2 dl flour

1/2 dl raspberry jam

1. Blend butter and sugar till it’s creamy. Mix vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour. Blend them into the mixture. Knead to a nice dough.

2. Form the dough into a roll, 20 cm long. Cut it into 20 pieces. Roll them to small balls and put them into the baking forms. Make i pit with your finger into every ball. Add a little bit of the jam to the pits.

3. Bake under 175 °C in the oven for 18min.
