Pass that Dutch.

It is about time to learn something new: Cooking in dutch! The language is actually of no importance but the recipe just seemed so incredible delicious! So without further ado:

How to make prei-hammuffins (leek-ham muffins)

Ingredients:
1 finely sliced leek
280g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
300 ml greek yoghurt
4 tblsp melted butter
25g grated cheddar
25g finely sliced chives
150h minced ham

preheat the oven to 200C.
Prepare the muffin bakingform with muffin paperforms or oil.
Fry the leek in a pan for 2 minutes on low temperature.
Let the leek cool down.

Blend flour, baking powder and baking soda in a big bowl.
Beat the egg in a seperate bowl together with the yoghurt and the butter.
Add cheese, chives, leek and half of the ham.
Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and blend well.

Fill the muffin paperform 2/3 with the dough.
Sprinkle the rest av the ham on top and bake for 20 minutes.
The muffins are ready when they turned gold-brown.
Let them cool down a bit before serving.
