Stkhlm Ink.

From time to time I like to visit the Stockholm tourist guide pages to see what’s going on in and around Stockholm and attend to some events and activities that won’t occur every week. That’s why my calendar was marked for the Stockholm Ink Bash last weekend. Because not very often do you have the chance to see over 100 different tattoo artists from Japan, USA, Italy, you name it!

The fair was hold from Friday to Sunday, but I only went on the last day, which was probably the calmest too. They had some competitions in between as well as shops and (sure, why not) a fortune teller. But one thing is for sure, there was not a single moment when those needles were quiet! Tattoo after tattoo was immortalized on skin as if there was no tomorrow.

Towards the end of our the visit the booths were starting to clear and most of the artwork was sold. Some people had already hold out for 6 hours for one single tattoo and I bet were numb like a dentist patients tongue.. But I wasn’t quite done yet.

Because who would have thought that the biggest chicken head on the planet – that would be me – would get a tattoo of her own!
