Sometimes I really miss the quiet peacefulness of my hometown. The pretty, almost untouched, landscape and the calm folks. I am aware that Stockholm is no big skyscraper city with honking cabs all over the place. But still. On some days even Stockholm can be overwhelming. But maybe that’s just because I grew up in the middle of nowhere..

But food wise the Swedes are always prepared. To make sure no one gets bored and is left out, they place little shops and kiosks everywhere which sell cinnamon buns and ice cream! Yay! Or in our case seafood and fish.
