Sometimes I really miss the quiet peacefulness of my hometown. The pretty, almost untouched, landscape and the calm folks. I am aware that Stockholm is no big skyscraper city with honking cabs all over the place. But still. On some days even Stockholm can be overwhelming. But maybe that’s just because I grew up in the middle of nowhere..
And last Saturday the time had come. A two hours train ride to the cute town that is Nynäshamn. At the harbor they originally had planned to have a market, but I guess 3pm was a little bit too late and so we only got to see the leftovers.
But food wise the Swedes are always prepared. To make sure no one gets bored and is left out, they place little shops and kiosks everywhere which sell cinnamon buns and ice cream! Yay! Or in our case seafood and fish.
